Return Policy/ Cancellation

In case of cancellation the buyer has the rights according to the Civil Code Procedures.

Flowers are highly perishable commodities that require a controlled environment to stay fresh. Fresh cut flowers as any perishable item, calls for particular caution and care. The logistics involved in getting flowers from the florist to the consumer are complex and costly. Consequently, the Service Provider dealing with perishable commodities reserves the right not to reimburse the costs incurred due to cancellation.

Should the buyer want to exercise their right of cancellation, they will be responsible for paying the costs associated with returning the items. The Service Provider has the right to seek payment for any losses brought on by incorrect usage of the products.

The Buyer shall reimburse the Service Provider if the Products are returned under the Right of Cancellation and are not in excellent condition. For instance, the Buyer may have purposefully or negligently caused the items’ condition to deteriorate, them to be destroyed, or any other circumstance that would make a return of the goods impossible. Furthermore, the whole delivery amount is regarded as a cost after the delivery has begun.

The Service Provider will see to it that the goods are returned and the transaction is canceled if damage to the product is discovered upon opening in the presence of a courier. Any damage or lack of content related to the product that occurs during shipment delivery must be included in the protocol between the sender and recipient. We are not responsible for subsequent lack of content or possible damage.
